I'd imagine that you could join NASPA now and be able to throw your hat into the ring. However, I don't know if that strategy would fly with the members of the KC as joining the organization and then immediately jumping into the role as national leader may be a bit much for some. On the other hand, if one were a very qualified candidate who could make a good case then it may be okay. I encourage you to contact Leslie if you'd like to explore this further and get a different viewpoint. @Todd: You need to be an individual member.
