Abstract
This article discusses trends in student affairs inthe Southeast region through an analysis of the topics presented at SCPA/SACSA annual conference interest sessions. These trends are provided a historical frame of reference by reviewing events that occurred in American history through each of the previous 5 decades. Analysis of these data provide a context for student affairs practitioners to examine their work and compare recent events and trends to those from the past.
